🔎 What You’ll Do:
- Execute monthly financial close activities: journal entries, revenue/expense analysis, and reconciliations
- Manage RTR functions: fixed assets, lease accounting, intercompany, accruals, and prepayments
- Ensure data integrity in general ledger, system hierarchies, and reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, SAP)
- Collaborate with global finance teams and IT to resolve system issues
- Maintain and document strong internal controls and compliance measures
- Contribute to process standardization, system automation, and global RTR optimization initiatives
📌 What You’ll Bring:
- 6–8 years of core experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Strong understanding of month-end/year-end close, consolidations, and audit compliance
- Proficiency in Oracle (GL, AP, Fixed Assets) and other ERP/reporting tools like Hyperion, SAP BO
- Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment
